The mission of VESTIA is to provide supplemental support to at-risk individuals and families known to the
Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department.

Angel Tree Project

It is estimated 1,800 children are in the foster care system in Contra Costa County. The holidays can be particularly rough for them.
